Stress. I cannot tell you how much stress I am feeling and the new semester hasn’t even started yet! I am just already starting to think about all the things I must do during this semester and it has been driving me to a world of worrying over everything. I do not need this right now but apparently my mind thinks that it is time to start worrying about that. I am still working out how to deal with this…I think typing this isn’t helping terribly much but I feel slightly better.
Also, a great app I have found is waves and it didn’t make me pass out because I was so stressed. YIKES.
