Hello ShopaHAULics, Tiffany and recently I have been tired of wearing foundation and that is because, even when some are lightweight, it is the one thing that I don’t like when I apply makeup. I know that this is probably one of the steps that most people must put on but I think I have found a way and it all lies in the world of primers. Here are the two primers that I am quite fond of because of what they do to my skin.
The chart on the left is to show you the different primers. The one on the right is the e.l.f. mineral face primer in the tone adjusting green that I use to tone down the redness in my face. Ever since my acne subsided, the redness has not and that has bothered me. I use one pump and it helps reduce the redness, it takes it a minute since rubbing the primer over my face causes it to redden, but it fades. I will have a full review in the near future. Anyway, this really helps keep my face smooth, but not make my pores smaller, which is why I have…
Dr. Brandt Pores No More, review coming soon, has really helped me reduce the size of pores and mixed with the e.l.f. face mineral primer, it just makes it easier to have a “flawless” face. Benefit’s The Porefessional is also a great choice and I do have a full size version of it.
The combination of a pore primer and red reducing primer allows me to feel comfortable doing my eyes and blush and bronzer, without the need of a foundation. I know that my acne scars are still visible but it isn’t giant pores or red central at all. I don’t mind my acne scars at all.
