Tea is amazing for the body and if you drink enough you are like a water tank that needs to keep peeing…too much? Well, tea really cleanses the system and I know that sometimes tea can become bland because it is the same thing…but what if it were to change? Why not try adding fruit? Fruit is fresh and a great after-tea snack that you can munch on after gulping down all your tea.
You like cold teas? No problem! Another great thing about tea and fruit is that you can brew a large pot of your favorite tea and then wait for it to cool down to room temperature. Once the tea is at room temperature you can put fresh fruit in and then put it in the refrigerator for the next day or later that night. As someone who love variety, this absolutely works out for me because I love to have fresh fruit in my drinks.
