I have always loved video editing. I actually have a youtube account that has all of my manga music videos that I created. So, now that I am out of college, I decided to go ahead and invest a little bit of time into things I love. I love blogging and documenting my life. I also love traveling and remembering where I go through photos and videos. Most of my photos you see on Instagram, but you don’t see the videos. So, I am compiling and creating short travel videos when I go travel. I may also share my travels through video in New York if you are all interested.
Anyway, here is my first official YouTube video. It is all footage from December 2017 when my family and I went on a trip to Disney World. It was my first trip there. Please be kind with any feedback! I have not made too many edits with moving footage, just standard pictures (if you have seen my manga videos).
Whew, long time no fashion post! I haven’t posted much on the fashion side of this blog because of myself. I have been working to really accept my body for where I am and where I am going with it. I have always been self conscious about my body so when I feel good, you will know it. I just love rompers and they always make me feel good. My collection is actually growing a lot! This romper is from Primark and I got it in Berlin, Germany, when I was there costume designing a short film. It was only 8 euros! Can you believe it? Primark is like cheap side of Forever 21 prices with H&M quality.
Romper | Primark | A lovely ruffled neckline that can be off-the-shoulder or scoop neck. The vertical lines are really nice because they make me appear smaller…at least, in my opinion.
Shoes | The Buckle, Inc. | Love my gladiator sandals like no one else.
Ear Cuff | Forever 21 |
Necklace | Seatail Shop | One of my favorite necklaces! I got this as a gift from the shop owner, Julie. She is the sweetest and has a wonderful shop! Please send her some love.
Bracelet-Ring Duo | Forever 21 |
Clutch | Charming Charlie

If I could stay in one outfit for the rest of my life, this would definitely be one of them. I love when I can just put on a comfy sweater and look like I have my life together. Wait, do I? Ah, different day, different answer.
Boots: Wet Seal

I know, super cheesy and a bad pun in the title but what can you do? I also know that there are so many diamonds that are missing because I forgot to apply nail polish to them. Any way, this is one my favorite ear accessories to wear because it is unique and I often get compliments on it. I bought this at Kohl’s on clearance a couple of years ago for about $6.00 and it, for the most part, has been a pretty great investment.
I don’t know about you but rompers are quite possibly the comfiest thing to wear during the summer. Summers in the South are pretty darn hot so when I can wear as little as possible without going butt naked, I am all for it.
Necklaces: Charming Charlie
Earrings: Charming Charlie
Bracelet: Forever 21
Fun fact: My sister was surprised I wore this shirt without a cami, like I normally do…it was really hot this day. Thank you, Southern US. I just really love this top because it is different from my other Little Mermaid merchandise.
Top: Kohl’s (?)
Shorts: Old Navy
Sunglasses: Wet Seal
Ear Cuff: Hot Topic
You want to know the best thing about this crop top sushi shirt? It was on clearance for less than $5.00! I think that it was only $3-something. A steal! It was cold but not my standard version of cold, I just love chilly weather, is that so bad? Anyway, I was out and about and got froyo before this, so good!
Top: Forever 21
Jeans: Hand me downs

I am sure that there are some of you out there who love their state more than any other state. I get it. I just wanted to share my love for North Carolina a little bit today.
North Carolina is a beautiful place with oceans and mountains and country landscapes for miles. Really, we have it all. I think that there is something to say about how North Carolina shaped me as a person because of the people that live here. I grew up in a place that hustles and bustles and I made sure I could move just as fast. I think that now that I am where I am, it has helped me catch up when I have had to take on two years worth of classes, essentially. I have also learned to adapt to many weather changes, rain to sun and back again. I am also really grateful for having a lot of places/stores accessible to me because I grew up with a lot of stuff around me.
Now, a quick thing about this necklace is that it is from Jewelmint when I accidentally let them take $29.95 a month from me and forgot to cancel my subscription. Anyway, I got my sister and myself this North Carolina state wooden necklace. The chain is delicate but I think anything sturdier and it might break the wood. I think that this is a great way to say “I love North Carolina” without saying “I LOVE NORTH CAROLINA SO MUCH,” ya know?
P.S. Did anyone else know that Jewelmint changed?! I have to hound them about my credit now…
